This is the Tuscan style, herbaceous olive oil from our fruit harvested November 2024. Lab tested Extra Virgin as always, this medium intensity, unfiltered oil has nutty and fruity notes with a woody flavor and a very pleasant aftertaste.
The descriptors for this delectable and spicy unfiltered oil include "Green Tea, Artichoke, and Green Banana," with "Woody" notes as well.
This is the fresh, unfiltered oil, that will be bottled immediately after the Harvest and Press of November 2025. Olio Nuovo is the peppery, slightly bitter but pleasant tasting "New Oil."
